LEGAL AGREEMENT

By entering the Website, and/or any page accessible on this site, and/or by purchasing products from YourWardrobe through the Website, or dealing with YourWardrobe in any way through the Website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set out below (the “Terms”) without modification. By accessing and using this Website, including (without limitation) purchasing products, you acknowledge that you are bound by the Terms.

 

CONTRACT

YourWardrobe reserves the right in its discretion to decline to accept any order and/or to supply Products to any individual or company. If we decline to accept, or cancel, an order for which we have received payment, we shall refund the payment, but shall have no further or other liabilities.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Each order, Acceptance of each order and the supply of Products by YourWardrobe pursuant to an order shall be governed by these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire understanding between you and YourWardrobe in relation to any Products ordered and supplied through the Website. They supersede any other terms stipulated by you, whether in any order or during negotiations or any course of dealing established between you and us.

All descriptions, illustrations and indications or price of Products provided on this Website or otherwise communicated to you are for guidance only and intended merely to present a general idea of the Products. Nothing contained in any such description, illustration indication of price shall form any part of these Terms.

 

PRICE

The prices of the Products shall be those specified by YourWardrobe to you from time to time in accordance with the provisions headed “Orders and Contracts” above. Prices quoted on the Website are indicative only and are subject to change.

All prices on the Website are exclusive of postage and packing. A summary of these postage and packing charges will be added to your order at checkout before payment is made.

 

DELIVERY AND AVAILABILITY

YourWardrobe shall deliver Products ordered by you to a postal service of YourWardrobe’s choice to the delivery address that you have given us. By accepting these Terms, you agree irrevocably to appoint and do appoint the postal service to be your agent for taking delivery of the Products on your behalf, and delivery to the postal service shall be deemed to be delivery to you.

All delivery is subject to availability and time shall be of the essence. As we process your order, we will also notify you if any Products unfortunately are not available.

YourWardrobe shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in delivery of goods, if the delay was due to any cause beyond YourWardrobe’s reasonable control.

 

INSPECTION, DELIVERY DELAYS AND NON-DELIVERY

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights pursuant to the provisions headed “Right to Cancel and Returns” below.

You must inspect the Products as soon as is reasonably practicable after delivery. Within seven (7) working days of delivery you shall notify YourWardrobe in detail and in writing of any defect in the Products or of any other complaint that you may have in relation to the Products. If you fail to give notice in accordance with this clause, the Products shall be conclusively presumed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and free from any defect that would be apparent on reasonable examination, and you shall be deemed to have accepted the Products accordingly.

Subject to the conditions set out below, if you establish to our reasonable satisfaction that any Products are not in accordance with these Terms or any other contract between us or are defective, your sole remedy shall be limited (as YourWardrobe may elect) to the replacement of the Products or credit note of the purchase price, in special circumstances if a refund is made we will only refund p&p using a standard postage method, e.g. 1st class, 2nd class, or signed for but NOT next day delivery. These remedies are subject to the following conditions:

1. The claim is made in writing to YourWardrobe within seven days after Acceptance, or such other period as may be indicated by us for specific Products from time to time;

2. the Products or parts to which the claim relates are returned to YourWardrobe within that period suitably packaged and carriage-paid and, where relevant, in accordance with any particular instructions that we may have notified to you at the time of supply. Returned Products or parts must be accompanied by an advice note stating the Identifying Number and the nature of any claimed defect, together with such further information as YourWardrobe may at the time of supply have stipulated.

 

PASSING OF RISK AND PROPERTY

Risk of loss or damage to, and title to, the Products shall pass to you at the time of delivery of the Products to the courier or postal service as described under “Delivery” above.

 

RETURNS

If you are wishing to return Products because they are faulty please see the “Inspection, Delivery Delays and Non-Delivery” paragraph above. You may also return any Products within fourteen (14) days of receipt for whatever reason. 

If you would like to return any Product in accordance with this clause, please note that we will not refund any delivery costs paid by you as part of your initial order or returning order.

Orders will not be refunded if they show any signs of wear, stains, makeup or odour.

Sometimes YourWardrobe send free gifts with orders, if you return an item and do not return the free gift (if this applies to your order) the price of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights. If you have any doubts as to your statutory rights then you should contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or refer to the Office of Fair Trading’s website.
