★You can return an item to us within 14 days from the date you receive your order.(This is Royal Mail's first attempt of delivery)
For example if you receive your order on 1st August we must receive your return before or on 14th August for a refund.
★The item must be unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. If there are any make up stains or fake tan marks your return will be returned back to you.
★To complete your return please fill in the returns slip provided and return to the address provided (returns slips are not provided with Sale items)
SALE ITEMS & ACCESSORIES
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items are non returnable.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund you via your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to clear.
FAULTY ITEM EXCHANGE
If an item if faulty we will replace your item in the same size/colour. Please note embellished items/sequin items may loose beading/sequins, as this is a delicate item this is not deemed faulty. If you deem your item faulty and wish to exchange it for the same item please return the item using the return form and we will send the new item out to you once we have received your return.
You are responsible for paying for your original postage and your return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non refundable. If your receive a refund your shipping cost will be deducted.
we recommend using a signed for service or postal insurance as we are not responsible for any items that are returned until we receive them.
